HOW TO OVERCOME DEPRESSION

HEY EVERYONE,TODAY WE ARE GOING TO DEAL WITH THE WORD DEPRESSION.

So,what according to you depression could be? Depression is something in humans which make them completely weak,sad,brings negative thoughts,makes them isolated.So the main thing comes here is how to over come through it.What could be the source of depression.There are many such as for study purposes,if someone scolds you in front for everyone and many more.

FOLLOWINGS ARE SOME TIPS YOU CAN USE--
1.First of all you think yourself, ask yourself will being isolated will give you happiness.Bringing negative thoughts will remove your depression?
2.All the time thinking of the same thing will effect your present and also your mood towards other,you will look others in an aggressive mood.So stop thinking which is making to fell depressed
3.Talk with your parents,friends and bring out some solution for it.
4.FOR EXAMPLE-(if ABC insulted me in front of every one)
When ABC insulted me that time my depression will be at high level,so what i will do is,i will ignore all the words he/she said.IF you have done wrong thing to which you got scolding then make the habit to accept it.You will feel better.
5.ANOTHER EXAMPLE(if i have a lots of study tension)This is a most common within everyone,one of the most best remedy is think of your future,bring the imagination in your mind that  i will have a car,i will have my own office,my job salary will be to much,my parents will be very happy to me in this position.Also,If you have prepared almost for your exam but you still  think that i will bring less marks,i will fail.This type of fear is with every one so don't worry.Be positive be happy.
