One of the biggest enemy of human being.
This is common with every one ,every one faces problems,nervousness,fear in their life.
So we are going to deal with that anxiety that is common with every one.
For example- Stage fear
Stage fear is really complicated for those who get upon the stage first time or only for sometimes,but the person frequently have the habit of stage he will not have that much of fear rather than what you have.The main thing here is experience,the more experienced you are you will have less fear.
Another example- Fear of talking with someone
See talking with someone makes you feel happy,mainly if you are talking with stranger when you both are good with your self.So if you have the fear of talking with someone,remove that go straight and have a conversation.See being nervous will make you sad so theres nothing in being nervous,so have confidence in your self and start talking.
The main thing you have to keep in mind are-
