Boring life
How to make the boring life an interesting life.
Your are not only the one who gets bored,there are many.So how can you change it,this thing can be improved by making changes in your daily life.The points you have to keep in mind is be happy all the time,be cheerful,be happy with what you have,try to do everything in time and build all the positive attitude within yourself.
So the thing you have to improve in you daily life are-
1.MORNING
Try to get up early,try to do some exercise,yoga or go for some morning walk it will make you mind fresh and feel better.
2.BREAKFAST
Try to take some healthy food,which is good for you health.Drink water as much as you can,your brain will get fully activated and hence it will make you feel better rather than being bored.
3.DAY WORK
What ever work you do in your life do it with love bring some variation in your work add some punch in you work.Bring up your creative mind.Develop your self capacity, be frank with every one don't shy.
4.LUNCH
Have a concentration towards the thing you are doing,just as if you are having lunch give your concentration towards lunch don't divert your mind busy with talking,busy with your phone etc.
5.AFTERNOON
The noon time will surely make you little lazy and bored because it makes you tired doing works the first half time.But this is not necessary,all it depends on your mood.Try to make yourself remain happy.
6.EVENING
Have some good snacks take rest and do what your mind says to you,here also be happy keep your self interested in doing all the thing you want.
7.NIGHT
Give thanks to god for the day and also do the same recall the day you did and what you did't,and try to improve your qualities that will make yourself away from boring life.
